I consider the folks I do business with to be my friends. Some of them think I can be a bit grumpy at times.
If I am it's because I expect allot from myself and my crew. I hold my customers to high standards as well.
We are attentive to each and every project we're involved with and have built our company on truthfulness, honesty and integrity.
